Pastor Ron Mandeville
Senior Pastor
Pastor Ron Mandeville and his wife, Leslie, have two children.  Pastor Ron graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1980 and Leslie graduated from Buhler High School in 1983.  Pastor Ron and Leslie have worked in youth ministry for eighteen years, previously serving as junior high youth director for eleven of those years and then as an associate pastor for four years.  The Mandeville family began attending MCBC in August of 2001.  Ron accepted the position of Associate Pastor at Medora in January of 2003.

Pastor Ethan grew up attending Medora from the 5th grade till after college. A 2009 Buhler alum Pastor Ethan spent 4 years at Northland International University: a Bible college (since closed down) in Dunbar, WI. Following his graduation in 2013 he married Leah (Carter) Mandeville and they lived and served God at a church plant in downtown Kansas City for about 5 years. In October of 2017 God laid it on their hearts to come back to Medora, then in January of 2018 they made the move and joined the MCBC staff. Pastor Ethan and Leah have three sons: Noah, Carter, and Jack.
